`return`

Returns a value from the current symbolic function or outer scripting block.

Inside a parser-defined symbolic function, return stops evaluation of the current function body and supplies its value. The outermost scripting block can also consume an escaping return.

Examples

Stop evaluation and return 7.

block(return(7),9)
// → 7
