Returns 1 when every argument is nonzero and 0 otherwise.
and uses Nerdamer Scripting truthiness, where zero is false and nonzero expressions are true. Arguments are deferred and evaluation stops at the first false value.
Examples

All nonzero arguments are true.
and(1,2,3) // → 1
Stop at a false argument.
and(1,0,3) // → 0
