Options for numerical root searches over a fixed interval with FunctionSolver.
Members
derivativeStep: number | DecimalPropertyCentral-difference step used by Newton-Raphson. Defaults to 1e-15.
lowerBound: number | DecimalPropertyLower endpoint of the search interval. Defaults to -100.
maxIterations: numberPropertyMaximum refinement iterations for each candidate. Defaults to 200.
maxRoots: numberPropertyMaximum number of roots to return. Defaults to 20.
method: RootFindingMethodPropertyRefinement method. Defaults to 'Brent'.
stepSize: numberPropertySpacing used to scan for candidate intervals. Defaults to 0.1.
tolerance: numberPropertyResidual and convergence tolerance. Defaults to 1e-14.
upperBound: number | DecimalPropertyUpper endpoint of the search interval. Defaults to 100.
verbose: booleanPropertyReserved diagnostic flag. The current implementation emits no output.
